Deliveries

Your package will be shipped from Sweden by Postnord within 2 days of receiving your order (unless express processing is selected at checkout). Delivery will take place 1-3 days after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse. At eddbracelet.com, we always offer FREE SHIPPING, regardless of the order size.

Need your delivery really fast?

Returns

Return an Item

Eddbracelet.com offers a 30-day return policy from the day you receive your order. The product should be in its original condition and not used.

If you want to return an item, please contact [email protected] for further instructions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Services such as express processing are non-refundable.

Returned Items

It may take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process returns. Once the return is registered, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

Refund

We will refund the amount no later than two days after we receive the package from you. However, it may take anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for the amount to appear in your account. The exact time depends on your bank or card issuer. We will credit the amount to the card or account you used when placing the order. If this is not possible (e.g., if the card is declined or no longer valid), we will initiate a bank transfer, and we request that you contact [email protected] and provide your bank details.

Mistakes can happen. If you believe you haven't received the correct refund amount, please contact [email protected] with your order number and the correct amount.

Complaints
